Join our first 1-Day At-Home Silent Retreat

This unique Silent Retreat, inspired by Dr. Pankaj Naram and Dr. Clint G. Rogers, allows you to enter a sacred day of stillness and self-discovery from the comfort of your own home, while being energetically connected with our global community participating together around the world.

Throughout the day, you will gently step away from: 

  • speaking

  •  technology and external stimulation

  • social media and constant input

  • the pressure to do, fix, achieve, or perform

Instead, you will be invited to:

  • be present

  • listen deeply

  • become aware of your body

  • move and eat mindfully

  • observe and reflect

  • connect to your inner wisdom

This 1-Day Retreat is about creating space to hear yourself again. 

To Prepare for This Day of Silence

On June 14, during our regular Sunday Global Healing Call, Katie Amodio and Dr. Susan Engman will lead us in the exploration and benefits of silence.

Tuesday, June 16, at 9 am PDT | noon EDT | 5 pm UK | 6pm CET 
(Recording will be available in case you can't be on the call.)

You will receive a gentle structure to support your experience throughout the day, including suggestions for practices and reflections. The retreat is open to both beginners and experienced meditators.
